Wild Blueberry White Hot Chocolate

  • 3 1⁄2 cups milk
  • 8 oz (1 1⁄2 cups) white chocolate, coarsely chopped
    • Note: You can use white chocolate chips but they tend to be a little grittier when melted
  • 1⁄2 cup Wyman’s Wild Blueberry Juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional for serving: Whipped topping, marshmallows, etc

Prepare 4 mugs. Place milk and white chocolate into a sauce pan. Stir often over medium heat until chocolate is fully melted into the milk, do not let the milk boil. Add the Wyman’s Blueberry Juice and allow to heat up for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and a pinch of salt. Pour carefully into the waiting mugs, and top as desired.
