Wild Blueberry Pancake Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 cup (45g) rolled, old fashioned, or steel cut oats
  • 1⁄2 cup (110g) milk of choice
  • 1⁄4 cup Wyman’s Wild Blueberries
  • 1⁄2 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Directions:
In the evening prepare the oats by combining the oats, milk, blueberries, vanilla, and salt in a container. Stir till well combined. Mixture can be made and refrigerated up to 2 days ahead of time.

The next morning, oats may be topped with maple syrup and eaten cold -or- heated in the microwave and then topped with maple syrup.
