Slow Cooker Wild Blueberry Pie Steel-Cut Oats

Yield: 4 servings


  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup Wyman’s wild blueberry powder
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt


  • Wyman’s frozen blueberries, warmed
  • Almond butter
  • Chopped pecans or walnuts


  1. Place all the ingredients except for the toppings in the bottom of a slow cooker and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Enjoy warm with toppings.
