Mango Lime Cashew Crema

This crema is easy to make and adds a delicious burst of flavor on tacos, toast or any kind of grilled protein.
- 1/2 cup Wyman’s frozen Mango Chunks
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1 lime, zested and juiced (3 tbsp lime juice + 2 tsp lime zest)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp water
Zest and juice one lime. Add lime zest and juice to a blender with Wyman’s frozen mango, sea salt, and water. Blend until smooth. Add in the cashew butter and blend until evenly incorporated. Add 1-2 extra tablespoons of water depending on desired consistency.
Recipe makes about 3/4 cup of cream and can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days in an air-tight container.
