Immune-Boosting Smoothie

Recipe by Charlotte Martin MS, RDN, CPT for Wyman’s

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large banana, sliced & frozen
  • 1 medium orange, peeled, segmented & frozen
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled & chopped
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Wyman’s wild blueberry powder
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: ½ – 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • Ice as needed

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice as needed to thicken.
