1 1⁄2 cupWyman’s Fresh Frozen Dark Sweet with Red Tart Cherries
1⁄3 cupRed wine vinegar
1⁄4 cupextra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoonsDijon mustard
1⁄8 teaspoonground black pepper
2 tablespoonshoney (optional)
1 tablespoonlemon juice (optional)
- In a small saucepan, heat frozen cherries over medium/low heat. Stir occasionally for 10-15 minutes.
- In a food processor or blender, combine cherries, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Slowly pour in the extra virgin olive oil while processing.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready.
