Berry Bliss Smoothie Bowl

Recipe by Charlotte Martin MS, RDN, CPT for Wyman’s

Yield: 2 servings


• 1 – 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
• 3 cups Wyman’s Banana Berry Mix
• ½ small avocado

Optional toppings:
• Sliced banana
• Berries
• Granola
• Nut butter


1. Add all ingredients to a blender, milk first (start with 1 cup). Blend, using a spatula to scrape down the sides as needed until smooth and thick. If necessary, add additional milk.
2. Divide mixture amongst two bowls and decorate with desired toppings.
