Berries & Cream Frozen Pops

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Wyman’s frozen berries of choice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons agave nectar (you can sub with any sweetener you’d like or leave it out for an even healthier treat!)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions: 

Blend all ingredients well in a blender. Pour into popsicle mold, making sure to leave a little space at the top. The mixture will expand slightly as it freezes. Add in your popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, but ideally overnight. Makes 10 popsicles. Enjoy!
