3-Ingredient Mango Berry Smoothie Bowl
Recipe by Kit Broihier, MS, RD, LD for Wyman’s
Yield: 1 smoothie bowl (about 2 cups)
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 cup frozen Wyman’s Mango Berry blend (plus extra for garnish, if desired)
- ½ cup pineapple cottage cheese
- unsweetened coconut flakes for garnish, optional
1. Add ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.
2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl, garnish as desired and enjoy!
