3-Ingredient Mango Berry Smoothie Bowl

Yield: 1 smoothie bowl (about 2 cups)


  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup frozen Wyman’s Mango Berry blend (plus extra for garnish, if desired)
  • ½ cup pineapple cottage cheese
  • unsweetened coconut flakes for garnish, optional


1. Add ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.
2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl, garnish as desired and enjoy!
