Mango Berry Paletas

Ingredients:
  • 4 cup frozen Wyman’s Mango Berry, divided
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or water
  • 2 limes, juiced, plus 2 limes, cut into wedges, for serving
  • Chili powder, for garnish
Directions:
  1. Add 3 1/2 cups Mango Berry, coconut water and lime juice to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Divide fruit mixture evenly between a 10-slot popsicle mold, filling each slot three-quarters full. Place a few pieces of Mango Berry in each mold. Insert popsicle sticks and cover with popsicle mold lid.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid. Unmold popsicles and sprinkle with chili powder. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy.
