Ingredients:

1/2 cup Wyman’s Whole Dried Wild Blueberries

1/2 cup quick cooking oats

2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Pinch of salt

1 cup water

Sweetener of choice (Optional - sugar, monk fruit, coconut sugar, stevia etc.)
Directions:

In a small bag or airtight container, combine all the ingredients, except for the water.**

When ready to eat, combine the oat mixture and water in a small saucepan; bring to a simmer.

Cook, stirring often, until the oats are soft, about 3-5 minutes.
**Dried ingredients can be combined up to a week before using if stored in an airtight container
Oats are an excellent source of soluble fiber. Soluble fiber helps to lower cholesterol levels and acts as a prebiotic, providing fuel to the good bacteria in your gut!
