Pumpkin Cherry Bars

A tasty Fall snack!

Ingredients

2 cups
Flour
1 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1 teaspoon
Ground clove
1 teaspoon
Nutmeg
1 teaspoon
Baking soda
3⁄4 teaspoons
Salt
1 cup
Butter
1 1⁄4 cup
sugar
1
Egg
1 teaspoon
Vanilla
1 can
Pumpkin Puree
1 1⁄2 cup
Wyman's of Maine Fresh Frozen Dark Sweet with Red Tart Cherries

Instructions

  1. Set the oven at 350 degrees. Grease an 11 x 7 baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, ground clove, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
  3. In a stand mixer or large bowl with a hand mixer, cream the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  4. Beat in the pumpkin puree and then fold in the cherries.
  5. Add batter to the pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan.
